Unable to see Hrak

I’ve been having an issue with finding Hrak. I’ve gotten the blueprints for the armor and crafted it and killed the general and his buddies but when I get to the 3rd floor with all the hibernation chambers, there is nobody in them. I can’t find him. Any help?
