Stats

Here's what I think it should do:

+20 Damage from Rocket Launchers
+30% Drunk when used
-30 more damage from Shotgun

This is not a wearble item effect it is a banner you know which help you and team mates and if these are serious stats why take more more damage from rockets and a shotgun for just being drunk?
