Add a shield. So if i have God's Little Finger out and i hold a button a shield comes out and it deflects attacks.

Maybe give you the ability to fire either shotgun (scatter shot) or AR (fairly accurate) Both with high damage?

Regarding to the healing ability, I think you should make it heal yourself rather than healing players and NPC.

Maybe it could have a "protective bubble" mode, LClick could spawn the bubble on an object or player of choice, and RClick could protect the user within it's own bubble.

when other players see me use it they see a pistol. can you try to make it look like I'm using my finger while I use it? its simple just make the pistol gone and he will hold nothing but he is still aiming

What about a break mode? like what ever you are pointing at breaks(I think there's a function for it)
