Re-Awakening Invasion Balance

Pre-Emptive Bombing and Scour are a little bit overtuned, so this is a band-aid fix for the Invasion mechanics. (Rather than just nerfing the Invasion Tactics to pre-patch form.)

This gives Systems enough meat to withstand a rush Invasion attempt for at least one turn. I had tried 600, but it makes things a bit slow in the end-game.

- Unlisted fix for Deployable Ramparts (Deed Reward) being equippable on Behemoths.

- Cravers Quest system also has double Manpower from what it was. (Thought it was too weak and basically a handout to them.)

I opted not to buff the Platform of Ys, since it was already pretty chunky.

Let me know if anything is obviously wrong.

I am a newbie at ground combat and never understood where exactly I can actually SEE the impact bombardment has in comparison to other tactics like guerilla. Is there some statistic anywhere during or after the combat that shows how much MP was lost by enemy thru bombs? Or alternatively, where I can see that more of my troops surivived by guerilla tactics?

In the battle results screen, the bars indicate how much damage was done by each type of Troop and the Pre-emptive Bombing. In current build of the game, the bombing is 2000-3500 flat damage, which is taken off the defender health before anyone attacks each other.

The various tactics alter the damage/health of the troops, as well as modifying the deployment limits.

Thanks for the explanation.
What exactly is meant by system MP capacity though? I activate the mod but nothing changes. I started a new game with mod enabled but empire manpower is still 375 at the start and system defense MP is also the same as before (220).
Is it a change that is not visible ingame?

Might be some interference with ENFER Reloaded and ES2 Redux maybe, I don't know.

Probably not compatible with ES2 Redux. ENFER Reloaded should be fine.

Which faction were you playing? I tested on United Empire just now, and he's 400 plus 20 from the Yuusho.

Yup, United Empire. System MP was just 220, guess it doesn't work with other mod then.

Yeah, I see it now. If you load ES2 Redux after Re-Awakening Invasion Balance, then it drops to 220.

It worked fine (with limited testing) if you set ES2 Redux to load #1, then Invasion Balance as #2. But I won't guarantee that there aren't other conflicts, he's making a lot of changes there.

Edit:
He's got the entire vanilla ColonizedStarSystem file in there, with no changes to it... So it overwrites my change with the default value of 200 if you load it last.
