If that is your first time installing this collection, then just follow the description.
Subscribe to all the mods (I would recommend to subscribe to only the mods in this collection, as there are already more than 700 and that there seems to be a limit of being subscribed to 1000 mods in total, but that is up to you) ,add those from Nexus and install those that require it (like RE_Kenshi) .
Download the modloader, download the .cfg and load it from the modloader.
You should now be good to go.


If you have already installed it it and just want to update, the process is almost the same with a few tweaks.
Re-subscribe to all the mods, again I would advise to subscribe only to the mods in the collection to avoid unwanted mods and other issues.
Download the .cfg and load it with the Modloader. Don't forget to save the load order with the button in the upper left !
Check the changelog, if I mention tthat an import is required, then you should either start a new save or import your current save in a new world using the options in the main menu of the game.

If you don't import , depending on the mods added/removed, you could simply miss some added content or you could crash and break your save... Try this at your own risk ;)

I'll tidy up this thread and add more detailed and better formatted instructions later, but I lack the time right now.
