Hard to say, need more informations but mostly and as usual for that kind of issue a save (or here, one save in your base and another outside) would be the only way to try and debug that.

By more info I mean where is the base, how big is it, how many teams with how many people in it, any added mods, etc ...
Therefore, a save would be easier ^^

Soo i did a lot of testig and somehow and magicly it just WORKS, i just load a previous save where i can manage my team, go near to my base, deleted every save, then save near to my base, and another save outside my base and swaping in betwen limit testing like a maniac and have NO CRASH, thats weird.

Just import, fix some stuff with f11 and am ready to play, i was soo scared to lose a 120 days save.

After 2 hours of playing amd having this issue again, its annoying, instant CTD, think am gonna restart again;( sad

My base was Medium size in SHEM with 15 members in home. And like 5 buildings (I tried everything but i cannot take a single SS) i try tu unbund it but still canoot take a SS and doesnt show me where they are.

After a couple minutes of testing am still having this issue, i think it got corrupted.

It only happend when i load a save when im EXPLORING then i swap to my base and instant CTD

But if i load a save when im in my base and swap to my exploring crew it doesnt crash. Kinda weird

If I remember correctly, Legendary Weapons isn't compatible with UWE and/or Kaizo.
Don't know about the others, I'll check those when I can.

I'm not sure if that is the actual cause of your issue though.

Have you tried loading that save with only the mods used in this collection?
If the issue still occurs when using no additional mods, that would at least remove those from the potential cause.
