Helmets/Hats/Armour Moving when i move a character, gun firing 1 extra bullet evry time i save it and use it, what is going on?

When i save a group of people w guns with just the WW2 Wehrmacht mod it make the bullet multiply by 2, anyone know why? and also anything i put on them moves when i move them. Please help, makes this mod un-enjoyable.
