Historical Fleet & Task Force sizes

Good mod because doomstacks are a problem. With regards to the size limits. I believe this was probably the largest normal Task Force in WW2: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fast_Carrier_Task_Force

The D-Day Task Force was probably much bigger. I believe it was two Task Forces. Any way to enable larger sizes for Naval Invasions?
