Murasama help

How does one change the charging time of the murasama's whole right click function. I got it early game and dont want to bother with charging it and wanna change it using item editors and dragon lens? Is this possible?

I'm sorry, but there's no way for now. Many have responded that Mura is too weak in the early stages, so perhaps some adjustments are still needed.
