As I understand it, you're saying that you're certain you performed the weapon action correctly and were able to use the finishing move in previous versions, but now it doesn't work? I'm a bit puzzled. Could you record a video demonstrating the issue and upload it to YouTube? Just share the video link in this thread, and I'll take a look to see what's going on.

the thing is that once the bar fills up and i do a rising dragon slash nothing happens

the bar fills up normally but the judgement cut doesn't happen after doing the rising dragon slash

I tested it, and everything is working fine. You might want to disable some mods to see if it’s a compatibility issue, or avoid holding the weapon item directly with the mouse while trying to perform those actions.

The literal meaning might be hard to understand because of the translator, but it refers to holding the item on your cursor to use it. Due to some bugs in the API provided by TML itself, doing this can cause data irregularities.

However, this scenario is unlikely to be considered since most people wouldn’t play the game this way. Regarding the issue you observed, I suspect it might be caused by a conflict with some mod you've enabled. You'll need to investigate it on your own, as this is not an issue with COMod itself.
