Marines with MP5 sometimes use Shotgun animations and some shotgun marines may use MP5 animations.

Guards shoot with wrong animations playing.

RPG Marines use metrocop and pistol animations instead of black mesa ones.

Some can't shoot at all and some shoot right away.
