Mod loading vanilla? Try this
  • Unsubscribe from the 1.12 Magna Europa Reloaded version (view my workshop files, it's there)
  • Unsubscribe then go to Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod
  • Delete the file named ugc_3150495839.mod
  • Go to Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360
  • Delete the folder named 3150495839
  • Verify integrity of your game files
  • Open the launcher and go to game > clear cache
  • Resubscribe to the mod
  • Make sure you've enabled the mod in your active playset in the paradox launcher

I tried the steps you provided and the same bug persists. Thank you for the directions tho! Update is still fresh so keep up the good work guys

I dont have the 394360 folder. Do you know what else it might be called

That's the hoi4 workshop folder, it won't be named anything else. Right click hoi4 then click browse local files, then go out two folders and you'll see workshop and then inside 394360

That is the same case for me as well. After deleting the ugc file I can't find the 3150... file. I tried the steps again 3 times, once even deleting the 3150... first then ugc file with the same results.

So I uninstalled Magna Europa 1.12 as one of the mod's commentators mentioned and it worked. The mod launches instead of vanilla.
