Chest might be available with the ENGINE CHANGE?
As we all know that sunsfan said that in the video that this is a new system and not currently possible in dota 2 and valve will have to do some coding to put these items into the game.

We also know that Frostivus won't be done this year and there will be some changes in the engine in the next major update during the new bloom. U can see that over here: http://blog.dota2.com/2014/12/future-changes-frostivus/

Now, I was thinking that since there is a change in the engine, would it be possible that valve might be thinking of adding this during the new bloom festival or would valve wait & add it after the ti5 maybe or they won't waste there time at all and never add this.

valve's decision's are rly hard to predict as they always insist on letting us down
from bad event's to bug's to releasing 500000000000000 ♥♥♥♥♥ updates in 1 day cause they ♥♥♥♥♥ up at the new bloom event resulting in ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up the whole game
but tho i don't like like all the changes this chest makes but it's not fair to let all of this great effort go to waist
and i hope valve will understand this.
