Alternative Tracking Modes: How Should Players Switch?
The next update will include an alternative tracking mode to locate ammo and items.

What would be your ideal method of switching between the two modes?
Controller button?
In-game touch?

What are your thoughts?

Perhaps hovering your opposite hand over the watch?

That's a vote for in-game touch?

One problem I experience with this is accidentally touching the watch when trying to take out a wrist item and other general interactions during play.

In my case, interacting with the wrist items only takes a couple seconds at most, maybe if it's a hovering action it can require a longer time to activate.

I'm late to the game again. :)

Could the button type action be used as a possible trigger? The one used in lifts (Elevators) where the hand needs to have just the index finger extended to successfully press the button.
I'd think a single finger tap in game would be a reasonably intuitive action, and it would keep accidental taps to a minimum if the watch was worn on the wrist that's hand hasn't got a gun in it.

These were both things I experimented with but ultimately I'd like the watch to be usable in all situations whether you're one handed or have a gun occupying your other hand. For now I'm leaving it as a double press of a controller button of the user's choice.
