fun fact most big mods seem to be sus and this mod is the first mod this person had make meaning they likely do not know what makes a mod sus it is likely fine due to the fact that steam has not nuked it

its sus because it modifies the game in order to make the headcrab system, its not harmful or anything its just labeled as suspicous

garry's mod players know better than to assume, it CAN happen, usually when a mod creator gets hacked though. i believe the moderation has gotten better since a few incidents though
