- Some gaps here and there
- Maybe the skybox is just a little bit dark and faded, compared to how bright-lit the map is
- Some walls are slightly bigger than they look
I really like this remake, though it's still a bit weird to see that new part on the map. But it is very well done, good job!
A couple very minor issues I noticed:
- green door straight down the alley leaving CT-spawn on the left is missing a step under the door
- Fence at the right side of CT-spawn only has an empty frame - not sure if this is intentional
- blocked alley towards the end of the alley leaving CT-spawn on the left has lighting bleeding through corners
-Significant light bleed at the base of walls and on some props when following the left wall leaving CT-spawn until you reach the dentist, and seemingly down into the hallway past it

Author just made sure there was a presence of the much requested DEI inclusion, it's a feature
