Are you sure it's REPENTOGON? This is the first time anyone has brought this up and it is not happening on my end.

Please disable all of your mods to see if the issue persists. If it does happen to persist, send your log files.

I honestly dont know what you even mean here, what boss intro?, the Vs screen?.
Anyway, if disabling repentogon fixed it, then it must be a mod that you have on that is using repentogon and its causing this....not necessarily repentogon itself, since repentogon, by itself, does not touch the way VS screens are skipped.
Now, if you manage to pinpoint which mod truly is it, let us know.
