I've reverted the mod to its oldest version, and everything seems to be working fine now. The reason I initially decided to update it in the first place is because I wanted to adjust the IDs of some of the sprites I created, thinking it was giving people problems. But I don't think it actually was.
After fixing it, I tried it out for a life (using yumlife) and everything is working no problems. I also have my seeds and crops mod installed at the same time and also doesn't clash. so I am hoping I won't have to mess with this any more.
I am very sorry for crashing peoples games. I absolutely hate the thought of that. so embarrassing.
