  • Challenger: Aggressive tactician becomes free action ability (once per combat - cannot be refreshed) that give adjacent friendly units in 2 hexes hastened & strenghened for 3 turns

  • Shepherd:
    replaced minor with major ambition
    minor: 50 -> 35 renown
    Druid: 20 -> 10 hp

  • Fearmonger:
    major: 5 -> 3 enemies routed / 200 -> 150 renown
    Intimidating -> Fearmonger (units in army: when killing a unit in combat, enemies within 3 hexes get a stack of Demoralized)

  • Raider:
    major: win combats in enemy territory -> 2 combats
    minor: 25 -> 50 renown
    added 2nd minor ambition: win vs armies with 200 less power, 25 renown
    resourceful -> Raider: non hero units in army get Fiery Arrows and Searing Blades upgrades

  • Crusader:
    major: 150 -> 100 renown
    preacher: all units -> non-hero

  • Duelist:
    major: ruler -> level 5+ ruler or hero
    minor: 50 -> 75 renown
    Duelist: 50% damage + 3 def/res -> 30% + 2

  • Gloryseeker:
    major: unit legendary rank -> 3 T4+ units of soldier+ rank
    minor: unit elite rank -> soldier+ rank
    rank slayer reward -> Gloryseeker: non-hero units in army get Rank Slayer
    rank slayer: +10% damage -> +4%

  • Conquerer:
    major: throne city -> any empire city
    Demolitionist -> Ascenion Artificer

  • Imperialist:
    major: free city -> level 3+ free city
    minor: 35 -> 50 renown
    siege master -> imperialist: governed city + 15% gold + 20 stability

  • Delver:
    major: infestation -> ancient wonder
    minor: 25 -> 50 renown
    added 2nd minor: clear resource node underground, 25 renown
    major reward also include Summon Devastatot Sphere
    Summon Devastator Sphere is now 3 turn cooldown + sphere lasts for 3 turns + full mp on summon

  • Privateer:
    major: water infestation 100 renown -> gold level water infestation 150 renown
    minor: 35 -> 20 renown
    Ambusher -> Privateer: at the start of water combat summon a t3 ballista warship until end of combat (receives upgrades)

  • Lawbringer:
    minor: 50 -> 100 renown
    pragmatic leader: -20% -> -30% upkeep

  • Explorer:
    major: gold ancient wonder 100 renown -> silver or gold 150 renown
    farseer: 6 -> 4 vision

  • Elitist:
    ruler's retinue: +2 def/res -> +1

  • Collector:
    major: fully equip t2+ items for 5 turns, 200 -> 150 renown
    minor: 2 -> 5 renown

  • Instructor:
    major: lead army of legendary rank for 3 turns, 200 -> 150 renown
    minor: 5 -> 10 renown
    trainer: +50% xp -> +2 xp per strategic turn

  • Defender:
    major: govern city 40+ fortification for 5 turns
    minor: 50 -> 75 renown
    added 2nd minor: win a combat as defender 75 renown

  • Steward:
    major: govern city 16 population -> 12+ population for 5 turns, 200 -> 150 renown
    minor: 5 -> 3 turns positive stability
    protector -> steward: governed city +20% food +20 stability

  • Prospector
    major: govern city 200+ gold income -> 100+ for 5 turns
    artisan equipment no longer give +1 def/res, upkeep 50 -> 30 gold

  • Renown level 3 & 4 now reduce the chance of routed units dying by flat 5% (default is 40%)

  • Agriculture:
    lvl 2: 5 -> 4 stability
    lvl 3 is now lvl 4 without +1 knowledge per population
    lvl 4 is now lvl 3, 30% -> 20% less food required

  • Trollkin:
    lvl 1: 2 -> 4 stability
    lvl 2: 2 draft -> 5 production
    lvl 3: river +2 -> +4 food , also forest, mangrove forest, mushroom forest grant 4 food
    lvl 4: 2 -> 3 mana

  • Specialist lvl 3: 5 -> 3 research

  • Industrious lvl 2: 5 -> 4 stability

  • Scholar:
    lvl 1 is now lvl 2, 5 -> 3 research per post
    lvl 2 is now lvl 3
    lvl 1: research city structures + special improvement research posts cost -20% gold & production

  • Nautical:
    lvl 2: removed pillage delay and added fishing ground & pearl reef grant + 10 stability

  • Recruiting: replaced lvl 2 with lvl 3

  • Fortifying:
    lvl 2: +10 stability -> +5 stability + 5 draft
    lvl 3: +10 draft -> +5 gold
    lvl 4: added pillage delay 2 turns
