Misc
  • Defenders strenght of Large Monster, Dragon Lair, Astral Rift & Forsaken Cove: Strong -> Medium
  • T1 and T2 units that evolve have Slow Learner:
    - -50% xp gain from all sources
    - require Town hall t3 to evolve to t3 unit & Town hall t4 to evolve to t4 unit
  • Subdue, Dominate abilities and Crystallize Essence now require wizard towers foundation, level 1, level 2 or apex to capture tier 2,3,4 or 5 units
  • Vassalizing conquered and owned cities starting duration: 1 -> 3 turns
  • Vassalzing conquered cities cost: 0 -> 200 imperium
  • Vassalizing owned cities rising cost: +25 -> +100
  • Vassalizing owned cities maximum rising cost: 100 -> infinite
  • Imperium guarded pickup reward: 80-100 -> 40-60
  • Rank banner pickup now gives rank to the best unit in stack (first in order) instead of all units
  • Town hall tier 2,3 and 4 now give +5 renown per turn to city governer


    Status Effects
  • Diseased: -4 -> -3 resistance
  • Insanity: attacks prefer friendly units -> random unit
  • Strengthened, Weakened, Bolstered defense and Bolstered resistance maximum stacks: 5 -> 3
  • Sundered defense and Sundered resistance maximum stacks: 10 -> 5

    Morale System
  • Morale penalty after losing 66% of army and outnumbered in battle: -15 per turn -> -5
  • Unit dies (-2 per hex): 12->6 -----> 10->4
  • Unit dies - half penalty (-1 per hex): 6->3 -----> 5->2
  • Inspiring killer (-2 per hex): 12->6 -----> 10->4

    Strategic Movement
  • Friendly domain: -2 -> -1 mp per hex
  • Fast movement: 40->36 mp, Very fast movement: 48->40 mp (Scouts & Wayfinder Enchantment are not affected)
  • Flying & Floating units move cost on water: 3->4 mp per hex
  • Hero flying mounts: 36 mp maximum
  • Grassland walk 4->5 mp per hex
  • Cosmic overdrive: very fast movement -> fast

    Empire Tree
  • Call of Chaos: destroying infestation no longer give t4 or t5 units
  • Knowledge extraction: 150 - > 75 per hero
  • Chaos Impressment: t1 units +50%xp -> t1 & t2 units +30%
  • Advanced logistics: -2 mp on roads -> Road walk (-1)
  • Rangers: -2 mp in domain -> -1

    Spells
  • Recall Ruler and Teleportation Circle spells: units lose full mp after teleport
  • Strategic army damage spells: 10% damage instead of flat damage & it cannot kill units
  • Astral wisp ritual spell cost: 45 -> 60 casting points

    Units
  • Devastator Sphere - detonate ability: inflict 30% burning 30% bleeding

    Heroes
  • Heroes require 50% more xp to level up
  • Giant sundering skills: removed +10 damage
  • Willbreaker: 2 -> 1 weakened in 3 hex

  • Cosmoflux Elixir: +5 -> +3 research
  • Changed magic material spawn locations so a specific type cannot be targeted by adaptations or cultures
  • Tranquility pool:
    +20 -> +15 research
    spells -10% research -> spells -10% mana cost
  • Arcanium Ore now also give 25% city hurry production discount
  • Haste Berries: +20 -> +30 draft
  • Silvertongue Fruit: +10 -> +15 food/draft
  • Rainbow Clover: +10 -> +20 food/stability
