CK2 or CK2 Realfather RULE -> CK2 decicison ONLY

All descendants RULE -> Either dynasty decision OR character decision.

I recommend the character decision, i don't know why but it has more lines in .txt file. Other difference is "Carolingian blood" or Great Carolingian guys blood kind of difference.
