Usually, you're able to move the cursor to buttons in the main menu via WASD or arrow keys. For example, holding W will snap the cursor to Singleplayer, then to the Play button for character/world. When doing this, the cursor will only move back to its original position if you move your mouse again. However, this functionality doesn't work when Responsive Cursor is enabled with high refresh rate. If possible, it would be nice to have this fixed.
