Corporate empire are able to get these traits.

You should be able to use them as a corporate empire? I’m not sure what you mean by this.
Galactic Conglomerate does not appear to be working with 4.0. You can select the trait, but it doesn't seem to have any effect. IE my monthly trade gain is +341 which means I should be getting +17 alloys from trade which I am not.

Biomatter Mastery doesn't have any values listed for the Council Position it grants when selecting civics. Nor are there any values when setting the role in the Council.

Not sure if this next one counts as a bug but the various job "mega" buildings can't be built in what might be considered "relevant" infrastructure areas. So the Mantle Drill for example can't be built in the building slots from the Mining District. Similarly the Forest Arcology can't be built in the Agri District, and the Nova Nexus can't be built in the Generator District.

This may also be an issue with various other buildings the mod can add. Neither the Boneforge nor the Megafabricator can't be built in Industry Districts despite producing alloys and affecting Industry production respectively. The Heart Nexus can't be built in Agri Districts.

Thank you for the bugs reports I am going through the civics one by one to make sure they will function properly with 4.0.

Biomatter Mastery Council position is missing info regarding what leader positions can fill it. Info is missing in the Council position selection tab, Counciler portrait assignment mouseover, and Counciler title assignment mouseover.

Not sure if the last two are entirely separate issues coding wise however the xp bar divides up the two sections and as such the mouseover tab doesn't show briefly when moving from one mentioned section to the other.
