Balance Changes
Encouraging catching pokemon over speed-running the league

Postponing the entry to Indigo:
* Change the req for entry to 35
* Complete at least 1 evolution group

Note
This is to prevent speed runs that can occur due to chance. Example: picking up Mewtwo and a couple pokemon will put you at the 20 limit and transport you to the island all ready for the plateau. All you will need from here is to get a couple attack bonuses and you will win the game, as long as no other player gets a trade event card, then that player can win.

One that my friends and I came up with was needing to beat a certain number of Elite Four cards before winning

Thats a good one so that you need a evo group to reliably win the game
