I had an idea for a similar mod, and once I searched the workshop, this came up! Thank you for making and maintaining it!

I notice this mod has not been updated to 1.6. Could I use some of the work here as a starting point for my mod? My idea is to make a couple of ways of restricting psychic powers (and suppressing Psychic agony). My mod would add more downsides to doing so (ie. unhappiness, etc.)

If you are not ok with that, I am more than happy to start my mod from scratch.

I just wanted to ask if I could, and if so would you like credit as an author? Thank you!
