Hey i was wondering, can you set beforehand what tape, maybe even just one (lets say those long or even a tape with 1h radio) to be in default in the station?

Im planing on hosting a server and have the Vice city radios which are contained 'all Radio Espantoso' in one tape.
But i plan on playing in the server aswell, so i would prefer not to have to set up it ingame.
