Stats and try to make it rare
-1\3 chance to light enemyes on fire for 5 seconds
- -15% draw time
- +30% damage penalty
- -15% fire resistance
-+50% ammo capaciti
-+30% resistance to all atacs except fire
-the arrow miss after 2secon of full draw
