Easiest way to kill him without mods.
Use a fixed cable and attach the middle part of the torso to the background. Then put a pipe bomb on his head and make a small wall of pipe bombs next to him. detonate all of them at once and it dismembers all of his limbs killing him. He doesn't rewind time to revive himself. You can even collect his limbs as a trophy. Enjoy.
