Everyone Here is the fix!!!
Go into browser and search crashz' Crosshair Generator v3
Go to steamworkshop.download and download map.
rename .BSP file (file you downloaded). Remove mymaps_ from name (after needs to look like this xhair_v3.bsp)
Put file into maps folder [steam >> steamapps >> common >> csgo >> maps >> workshop >> 308490450 and paste file in folder]
Go and Verify steam game files [right click on game in library >> properties >> Verify game files (something name like that)]

Hope you have fixed this problem.
