Textures
When I spawned the model, it started showing reflective textures and some purple and black checkered spots. Do I need to subscribe to anything?

The model worked for several of my friends, see if you have the extensions for gmod, for example the CS extensions, L4D 1 AND 2 HL BLACK MESA, ETC....
See if you are missing any of them and if it is not resolved, I will consult with them.

your problem with the model textures may be due to an addon download error, try uninstalling the addon and reinstalling it, but if you are referring to the reflections without textures, put "mat_specular 0" in the console
