Is this game an art gallery where you can make and hang whatever suits your tastes, or is this a game where everyone playing it will be subject to the consequences of your items possible inclusion?
I'm sorry to say, but if I had half the talent that you obviously have and yet so recklessly abuse, I'd still consider my personal taste in whatever I make to be less important than the core elements of TF2 and what makes its original design philosophy so appealing and everlasting.
Also, responding to critique by saying "Well you do it yourself then!" completely negates the feedback of someone who'd be subjected to this item if it were included. Why do the people without your specific talents suddenly lack any power to say that they don't enjoy the results of that talent being abused? Are they lower than you? Do their critiques or compliments even matter? Who is this item for? Is it for you and your small group of friends, or did you consider this item for the people playing the game?.
Reflect upon yourself in the future, take criticism as a means to become more disciplined in your craft, and for God's sake use your apparent skill-set to make things that fit well for the game, and not just yourself.
