Making the ragdolls
Create a local copy of the mod. Go into the file explorer and find your teardown mod folder, thats where you will find the vox and xml documents. A lot of what you will need to do will be in MagicaVoxel, mainly editing the design of what ragdoll you want to create. The other side of it is in teardowns editor, also if your trying to create something detailed I would recommend starting with just basic ones to get used to the editor.

(This isn't the complete guide yet, as I need to get some screenshots to accompany what I say so give me some time so I can be more thorough with my explanation)

The mods folder only contains the generic addons (banana gun, jetpack, etc.)

[Documents -> Teardown -> Mods] is the the file path, also make sure that you have created a local copy of kooshings ragdoll pack so you have access to the files you will need so it all works correctly.

Beside the scripts that make everything work. You have the vox files, which is what you will be changing in magicavoxel to fit whatever ragdoll you are designing. Then you have the xml files which is what your instance (ragdoll) is linked to and is very important if you want them to be spawnable.

Other then that search for guides and tutorials for teardowns editor and magicavoxel. Because they'll go into more detail on everything in the editors and get you more familiar with them.

I'm going to make a guide on it because I realize that its somewhat complicated. Though I hope that I've at least cleared up how you access the file directory.

Okay, I have my ragdolls made. Now I need to work on the xml files and the scripts. Do I copy-paste the Microsoft scripts for my ragdolls?

The original scripts from the local copy of kooshings ragdoll pack, if that what you're using don't need to be changed just imported to your content mod so when the instances call for the main script it goes through.

But the xml files need to be paired with the instances/ragdolls and changed if you are making more than one ragdoll. Mainly what I did was make copies of the xml files and rename them to an example being ragdoll_1, don't use the same xml file for different instances as it will just copy the contents of what was on there originally.

How do I pair them? Do I just name them the same as the ragdoll?

And can I just copy-paste the xml files for a single ragdoll for all of them? Or do I need to change anything besides the name of the xml?
