Coordinate Mode?
An idea from the show and a technique I have used before is to use discs with pre-loaded destinations. If a TARDIS is in coordinate mode, it cannot travel without said discs being used. This would allow for role playing with a more chronological restriction. ie. Find the disc to move on. Discs could be named and programmed by an admin, coordinate mode could also be a admin option, much like disabling damage. Just for your consideration.

That would be a great idea but i doubt it will be implemented until the addon is completed
That's what I meant, necessary features first :)
Maybe the TARDIS could fabricate discs -at the discretion of an admin- which could be shared with other players to use with their TARDIS'? Or I may be going too complex?

Interesting method of sharing locations, might be something to look into.
Alternatively, if you don't want to make separate entities for the discs, you could manually type coordinates into one of the monitors. Again you could authorise and deauthorise coordinates if this is something you want.

Hi,

I know this is the wrong place but until last week I didn't know that gmod even existed, let alone this incredible Tardis build. On the back of wanting to use it, I joined Steam but I'm struggling with a few fundamental functions on the Tardis, especially in advanced mode. Could someone direct me to a discussion I can pose my questions, please?

Keep in might this is the tardis rewrite, the advanced mode is only in the legacy tardis (just called TARDIS not TARDIS Rewrite), there are guides on the steam community to help out
