Where you have the same amount of time to shoot the bots but they are twice as far away.

ent_scale player .5
Havent mannaged to change the player size, but if I put ent_scale .5 in console the bots spawn half size. Suicide with the kill command doesnt change the player size.

Great that you're collecting ideas, here are mine:
As the blocks on the map slowly rise or fall over time, or as some blocks go down, new ones come up, creating different paths for the bots.
It would be great if you could choose which sides of the cube the bots spawn on.
It would also be nice if we could set the time for each round, say 10 minutes, and at the end we could see the number of kills and points, or how many we didn't hit.
One possibility: Only headshot are deadly.
A wall that goes up around the player and you only see the heads of the bots.
Bots that are hiding behind boxes and you only see them for a second and you have to hit them in the short time you have.
You could combine that well.
For example, the bots only come from one spawner, but there are 20 of them, and you have to see how many you can shoot down in 5 or 10 minutes, maybe just activate the headshot or the blocks that cause additional irritation.
In this game bots navigation is very broken
