Teleport not fixed

Teleport still not fixed on dedicated server
telport arbeitet immer noch nicht korrekt

dedicated server save folder C:\ProgramData\SpaceEngineersDedicated not in AppData

This is caused by recent changes (01.105) where clients are only aware of blocks near to them.
A workaround is incoming, but a true solution is not possible yet.
This is only a problem non-server MP clients. Server player and SP are unaffected.
