Mirana is over powered!
Look into Mirana's 2nd ability "Moon's eye", at max rank it increases agility by 60x for 5 seconds.

Mirana can easily kill bosses in 1-2 seconds using this. If you use a BAT reducing item, core to reduce cd of Moon's eye, scepter early for your first ability, %pure damage, crit, and Fang you can essentially 1hit/solo everything every time moon's eye is up.

Currently it's no where near balanced. I would suggest reduce the multiplication or remake the skill.

Personally I don't think the previous mirana(now changed was op and it wasn't picked that much because many noobs don't know how to effciently use it ,
now you see that's the point there are many heros in ebf who can be awesome if you know how to build them appropriately
