back then huskar pic was pretty viable.
because he magical dps was reasonably high and stats were good too.
now huskar is just bunch of ♥♥♥♥ not even asked in the top tire of ebf.

Suggestion:
huskar's 3rd and 4th skill is useless.
I'd suggest each stack on the enemy of huskar burning spear reduces a percentage of it's magic resis as the 3rd skill.

Example
huskar 3rd skill each stack reduces magic resistance
0.25%/0.40%/..../1%

THe best part about this skill is that it's well balanced cause hukar can only land upto 80 stacks max given he has an unstable stone .

That gives him an opprtunity to reduce 80% magic res of the enemy.
also his this new skill and 2nd skill will synchronize with each other
this will also empower power magic heros in the team.
