Who did the reworks and balances?
The mana regeneration balance is so a$$, that you wont be able to even use any heroes that requires high mana regeneration to keep up it's magic casting, i.e Skywrath, Storm Spirit, etc..

On top of all that, Axe reworks was not a total mistake but it's quite good, all balancy and stuff,
but then you got the bristleback rework. Is EBF downgrading or somethin?

i'm sorry the mana regeneration isn't quite there yet in terms of balance, i just want mana to be more of a resource you have to manage rather than have it be infinite like before; if you can tell us the problem children in this balance transition (skywrath and storm as you mentioned) and maybe what spells specifically that'd help

also you've mentioned the bristleback change is bad? why exactly? what has made him worse? i find him better than before, a lot more fun to play. if you mean the nerf to bristleback's passive from 80%damage reduction from the back to 30/45% that was a necessary change to make the hero actually fun; he has gotten skills to compensate for that loss

You could've made the octarine cores giving a percentage of mana regeneration instead of 1-100/s, like Heart of Tarasque, ya know? For example, if Octarine core goes to Divine Core, it would give us like 3-5% mana regeneration per second, which makes more sense than 1-16.

And about the Bristleback's rework, his back damage reduction is awful, he could barely sustain
100k damage without going to 20% health per 4-8 hits from a high level boss, why not give him the old rear and back damage reduction, or just add a rear damage reduction on the rework.

Also, please, please buff mana regeneration more, all the good heroes that uses mana alot like Tinker, Storm, Skywrath, and any types of heroes that cast high mana spells often is heavily affected by this, it's quite depressing.

percent mana regen was removed by valve when the big patch came out in the fall. We have to do a clunky fix for it to work

idk man, i think tinker quite decent with mana controls. storm maybe need some faster regen cause his ult and W drained mana alot , havent play sky after this patch tho so cant said anything about it. tank hero such as centaur, axe,bb,dk are falling down on late game even WK with natural lifesteal + bahamut heart + 400-500ist armor and around 900.000 hp are recked on a couple punchs , but the clink tank meta are real tested yesterday, idk if they change it cause the notes are not on detail anymore so its hard to tracking.

yeah i do agreed at some point mana still unbalanced, and as tanker idk whats wrong but its seem armor scale and many factors hurt this role alot like blood gem are not a thing anymore since its only regen once every x second which on lower round may not being an issue but on late game on bm round for example its an issue. i guess we will see some justified most items on near future updates then.
