Bug Report
I got an item called azazel beats isaac tracker while playing challenge #45 .
MIght be due to tmttrainer.

Yeah, I'll chalk that up to TMTrainer messing things up. Lemme know if this ever happens without that item.

...So it seems this might currently not be compatible with Rune Rooms. Or the Cursed Collection isn't compatible with Rune Rooms.
Either way, I collected the Essence of Dagaz, and went to the next floor and found that it still had Curse of Conquest, despite the effect listing saying that it prevents curses for current floor and the next.
