Looking into DLC requirements
As i've seen a lot of comments asking for the DLC requirements ill say this: the game does not tell me what DLC are needed when I create the mod. If people who have the DLC error post their DLC list then I can put something together.

If it helps, mine basically says the mod uses models from DLCs that I do not have, so if you know where the models are from you can tell which are required or use base game models to make it more accessible. I have most of the DLCs except Aces, fate of finland, tribute to normandy '44, the commander deluxe pack, history pass, and men of steel and I did not preorder the game so any divisions you got from doing that.

I am only missing Turda, Tribute to the liberation of Italy, Men of Steel and Tribute to Normandy '44. Still getting the dlc error post
