The only street sweeper i could find tho is on the hub/town levels. The first one and the second one being in the Book/Bratva lookin guy owner store on the top wall.

The "real" Alina was attacking an organization separate from the Bureau and the government. John and another Bureau agent raided them shortly after Alina left. She never gets the chance to share the info about Mari, since she and Arlo get ambushed the next day by Bureau agents. Then again, John finds out on his own, so the drug plan still gets sunk by him.
You could copy them from the campaign's .csf files. Just remove the cutscene directions and combine the two parts of the URL.
It took me a while to figure out how to transcribe the links properly. The two things that helped me:
1) The "j"s look like "_i" (underscore + lowercase i), and
2) The "&" looks like an eight.
