Hmm, everything seems fine on my end, maybe try restarting since mods with scripts sometimes don't take effect when downloading with the game open.

Also make sure you don't have any other mods that mess with "level_sounds.txt" so Eranthis' soundtrack for example

1.what map it is
2.some random factor aswell

I'd like to report that the theme for No Mercy chapter 3 isn't the intended one from the video, but the normal L4D1 saferoom theme.

For some reason this mod collides with "Double Tank Finales + Metal Tank Track" even if they doesn´t seem that has any error in the list. The actual bug or error, is that in the campaing of The parish, specifically in the bridge´s saferoom, it´s just playing the normal saferoom theme and not the modded one.
