Maybe not stock BO3 weapons, I love when maps use weapons from other cods
I like it when maps have a 4 perk limit (whatever limit you think is best) but theres a way to increase the amount, how it would be done here idk lol
The easter egg (if there is one) should have a step involving pushing the cart, kinda like in the tag der toten EE where you have to follow the artifact around. Maybe the cart moves back if you are not near it like in TF2 where it slowly goes to its checkpoint?
There needs to be some consistent boss zombies spawning in, upward is pretty open and regular zombies are a breeze in open spaces
Teleporters, or at least some way to get from the final point to blue spawn/some shortcuts. You be the judge of that!
PHD! Theres many parts of upward that seem like a blast to play with PHD
Maybe change the HUD and Perk icons to be in style of TF2? This one seems like a nightmare to me personally having no UX experience

I think power should be a gradual process, maybe involving generators? Idk something more than a simple switch. The cart push could wok for this but players may find having to do that for power to be irritating
If possible, maybe TF2 weapons or at least wacky pap upgrades with some effects like TF2 weapons, for example a rocket launcher where you need to reload 3 shots before firing like the beggar's bazooka
we have COD Ghost weapons in the map so its not just the same boring weapons in BO3,
from my understanding we're planning on getting rid of that 4 perk limit cause why have only 4 when you can have 13? I like the idea of a boss zombie and currently working on the dog rounds and getting those fixed so we can enable them, im not sure where we'd put a teleporter but ill look around and bring that up to him, the UI is from BO4 and the perk icons are TF2 styled so it might be a mod pack you're using thats overwriting the data
I'd Agree with you with the TF track, there's 11 possible perks in the map but so far only have 4 in the map and about 6-7 good spots to put them so there's gonna be a wonderfizz
Another I guess would be replace the main characters as the most know four characters with Medic = Rick, Soldier = Demp, Heavy = Nick, Sniper/Demo = Tak as either or would do i guess plus in the end if you get either AI or some good splicing you could make them interact with the situation.
Also a fun gimmick would be to make the ammo shelf model that's in the spawn rooms end up being like a max ammo dropper for a high price or something. Double tap could easily replaced with like a homemade Crit-O-Cola Machine or something while Jug is like Bonk! Atomic Punch machine.
Lots of these are definitely late stage add ons though as I know you have a lot to do with the map alone first
Edit: Also an extremely late mod stage thing would be to add another game mode where you have to push the bomb cart to open up the end game part where you fill it with souls and it moves in stages or such. (As it seems like the only mechanic to work with bo3)
We have a decent amount of stuff on our plate within the map like redoing all of the lighting in the entire map, adding more custom perks etc. not some bad ideas though
