it would be neat to see some kind of equipment bag that has the function of a tool or an item not usually man-portable. for example, a military radio bag that can be used as a ham radio, or a wearable propane canister in the form of one of those world war 2 flamethrower rigs.

mmm there are bags like that in britas armor pack, although they are just cosmetics.

Drawstring Bag
Lowest weight of all bags as it's just a bag with two strings.
Worst stats of all WORN bags as it's just a bag with two strings (Preferably better than Tote Bag)
Could spawn in schools and come in all colours like the Duffle Bag.

Expanding on the First Aid Fanny Pack:
Could come in two colour variants: First Aid Kit Green™ and Trauma Bag Red™
Could spawn inside Ambulances, Hospitals and maybe even Bathroom Cabinets (?)
Stat wise it could either:
A.) Have exact same stats as the Fanny Pack and basically be just a reskin.
B.) Have better stats than the Fanny Pack, but only be able to hold medical items and scissors.(Because if not then there would be no reason to use the Fanny Pack over it.)

A very rare hitchhiking backpack which is slightly worse than large backpack(26 capacity/83 reduction) but comes with ability to carry a tent kit without taking up any space. Would be niche but perfect for going out in the wild for prolonged periods of time

I think the Rucksack needs to improve its backpack animations.

The Tactical backpack needs more capacity plus weight reduction, it seems to me that 25 capacity and 85 weight reduction would be fine, I say this because it is a very difficult backpack to find and it is not very good.
