Unit Upgrade Bug - Non Player
From what I can determine the AI is failing to upgrade units to higher levels. Thus whilst I have higher level units, the other clans / companion armies in my kingdom have almost entirely level 1 units. From what I can tell they comprise of units as recruited from towns / villages with no upgrades. Not sure whether this also applies to enemy kingdoms.

Checking back here routinely hoping for a fix. Checked out your Discord, however was not able to find the related thread.

Here[github.com] it is :)

Works the same as any manually downloaded mod, download the first file, extract the folder inside to bannerlord/modules, enable it in the load order and place it after TOR.

The mod linked unfortunately is failing to load when starting the game. Causing a game crash with the message:
Cannot load: ..\..\TroopUpgradeTest.dll

This happens when I attempt to start and existing save or a new game.

From what I gather, after unblocking the mod, it appears to have resolved the unit upgrade bug. Thank you for your assistance with the issue and the creation of the overall TOR mod.
