Thats not a bug. You just need to solve a puzzle to progress.

when looking outside the windows sometimes you can see the outside of the other corridors

you have to interact with a hole on the wall near the end of the hallway

Honestly searched everything interacted with everything the door is slightly open and the baby is crying but nothing is happen bug or meant to happen ? needs something to guide people this is just abit cluless.

map is broken cant get past the baby crying part door is open but nothing happens no matter how close i get to the door

map is not broke. You just need to look right at the sink.

You have to walk away, like down the hallway you spawn in, and go back to the door to trigger the next thing.

The map is not bugged, beat it after 3 attempts due to skill issues, great map!

the map doesnt work with multiple players?

It's not designed for coop, so you will run into some issues if you try.
