Idk if its me but for some reason all (almost all?) ai empires don't bother trying to attack each other, they just spam fleets until cap and do nothing. I mean they expand a bit but no wars.

This is weird and no way caused by mods I have. There is nothing changing AI behaviour in theory.

Are you using basic merge? That thing has never worked for me and always bugs out.
I don't even know what could cause it...

Yeah, i think maybe im just extremely unlucky and aggressive ai is afraid of attacking passive ai because they form federation and stuff. Nah, i just disabled patch mod and that's it.

I might have added 3.9 mod that could have caused this and because I've been patching conflicts it got into the mix. Testing atm as to why the ♥♥♥♥ that happens.

They don't have all slots open instantly. I'm using a dynamic overhaul bigger planet view or something that brings it up to 20. But you need to unlock those.

as i side note - compressing mods make stellaris load in like 2-3 minutes

What mod is forcing the spawn of specific pre-made empires? I want the empires to remain random so the galaxy doesn't feel the same every time.

Just More Empire, appears that how devs made it somehow leads to that. Probably will remove it.

hi, I noticed that the questline for acquiring the databank isn't triggering. what could I be doing wrong? i have obtained and fully researched the delta technologies, there was an event something about like beyond the delta-tier technologies, which mentioned that delta is a trimmed version of the technologies of the ancients. however, after that, there is no option to research the databank, nor is there any quest related to it in the quest log. also there is no casus belli from the fallen empire to acquire the databank by force.

Do not remember well the entire thing, ask in ACOT discord. They should know better. Tho check your relics or communications.
