Wounding Overhaul
Bleed is OK. May have gone too far to the conservative side as l've gone from 'omg everyone is bleeding' to not really noticing it - 4 hours in.

The AP loss seems fine too, the only time the pinned down thing is really punishing is under massive repeated machine gun fire - its a really good addition imho and you can adjust it in the options anyway.

I have some suggestions if you would entertain me for a moment :)

Interested in things like MAIMED and permanent stat loss.
Something like critical hit on location:
Head = wisdom stat loss (1-3 based on size of crit?)
Chest = health..
Groin = strength..
Arms = dexterity..
Legs = agility..

Additionally a real big hit in a location gives permanent debuff with "CRIPPLED!" pop up that can only be cured on strategic map via heal wounds operation.

Reuse existing effects with rename?

Head - Blinded
Legs - Slowed
Arms - Inaccurate
Groin - Suppressed
Chest - Exhausted or tired

Gate these effects so they can only apply to unarmoured or destroyed armour locations if it seems overly punitive? I think you were trying to do that for the bleed originally.

Going down and being revived can give a grab bag of stat loss across several attributes and/or a permanent Dazed debuff that needs heal woulds op to remove.
l guess you push too hard people just going to save scum. Plus they probably have collected a few problems getting to that state already.

I really like these suggestions. Will try to implement some of them when I am finished reworking the CTH and combat actions stuff

Looking forward to whatever you come up with!

I have reduced the wound threshold back to vanilla levels. Now, also, everytime you suffer a wound there is a Health skill check to determine if you suffer a stack of bleeding. The more stacks of Wounds, the harder the check. Lets see if we strike a balance, after this we will see about maiming and stuff
