synch map with minimap if you have a GPS on (gps screen visible.)
itemGPSByPass = false,
Sandbox_CartographyModifieritemGPSByPass = "itemGPS MOD map by pass",
Sandbox_CartographyModifieritemGPSByPass_tooltip = "If TRUE and the itemGPS mod is present: If you have a gps turned on, the settings of the cartographic structures of the minimap will be applied to the map.<br>",
I was thinking about a setting that turns the cartography settings all on/active if you have a GPS, but inactive if you do not have a GPS
so that if you do not have a gps the map is on, but player location is off, gamma is reset, forest is reset, etc, looks like a regular map :)
I have another suggestion if you are willing, could you maybe add the forest option gamma and color for minimap as separate to the regular map?
These updates are fantastic and really helping with what i'm trying to do on my server, you're a hero!
If you do not have a GPS: The map will look vanilla (like regular discovered map, forest will show)
If you have GPS The map will be dark and only show buildings and roads, no forest.
1- Should it be possible to add the option in " MAP: Buildings " --> " 3 = All of the same colour ( black ) so to better simulate a topographic map?
2- Should it be possible to add the chance to assign different colours to roads, pathways and railways? ( Again so to be able to simulate a topographic map better )
Thanks in advance and very brilliant mod! ;)
If you add the relevant file you can have the chance to alter the settings in SP too when hitting ESC --> OPTIONS --> ( Mods ) tab ;)
