Apprentice's Tincture is inconsistent, 1 to 50 hp? 50 hp is great, 1 is horrible, perhaps a 5-30 or 7-40 range would work better.

Having Obsidian Knife lose effectiveness after using something like offering takes your hp feels strange, you could make it something like when your block is broken this loses effect or when you get hit.

blade mail is insane, rework it to be thorns or something, also soul guard is very polarizing and i love it

soul guard 60% into 50% more balanced and cleaner effect desc by just saying half
